Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed by the Tanzania Adventures Group team and transferred to your luxury hotel for rest and safari briefing. This first day is designed to help you settle comfortably into Tanzania before the wildlife journey begins.
Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge, enjoy the gardens or pool, and receive a private safari briefing covering the route, wildlife highlights, and accommodation details for the coming days.

Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a full game drive in one of northern Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife areas. Tarangire is especially admired for its impressive elephant populations, giant baobab trees, classic savannah views, and strong birdlife, making it a beautiful and rewarding start to a luxury safari.
Enjoy lunch in the park and continue with afternoon game viewing before driving to your high-comfort lodge in the Karatu area. This overnight stop keeps the next day’s transition toward Serengeti smooth and comfortable.

Day 3
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart with picnic lunch and travel through the Ngorongoro highlands toward Serengeti National Park. The drive offers dramatic changes in scenery, from cool crater rim landscapes to the open plains that define the Serengeti ecosystem.
Once inside the park, begin your first Serengeti game drive while making your way to camp. This first afternoon often delivers exciting wildlife sightings and sets the tone for the luxury safari experience ahead.

Day 4
Full Day Luxury Serengeti Safari
Today is dedicated to a full day of safari in Serengeti. With the flexibility of a private guide and luxury camp base, you can focus on the areas offering the best sightings for your travel season. The day may include large herds, predator tracking, scenic kopjes, river lines, and classic plains game.
A full day in Serengeti adds strong value to the journey because it gives you time to appreciate both the scale of the landscape and the rhythm of the wildlife. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and another restful luxury overnight in the bush.

Day 5
Sunrise Balloon Safari and Bush Breakfast
Very early in the morning, transfer to the balloon launch site for one of the most exclusive moments of the safari. As the balloon rises with the sunrise, you will float above the Serengeti and enjoy breathtaking views of the plains, river lines, acacia silhouettes, and moving wildlife below.
After landing, celebrate the experience with a bush breakfast in the wilderness. Later, continue with a game drive or enjoy a slower luxury safari rhythm before returning to camp. This day is particularly special for honeymooners, photographers, and travellers who want something unforgettable as part of their Tanzania journey.

Day 6
Serengeti to Arusha / Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive depending on your transfer schedule, then continue with your return arrangement to Arusha. For the most comfortable luxury finish, this day is often arranged with a domestic flight from Serengeti to Arusha, followed by airport drop-off or hotel transfer.
