Arrival in Moshi/Tanzania: Settle into your hotel and meet your guide. Briefing about the upcoming trek and necessary preparations.
Equipment Check: Ensure you have all necessary gear. The Marangu Route provides hut accommodations, so you’ll only need a good sleeping bag and personal items.

Start of the Trek: Begin your journey at the Marangu Gate (1,800m). Enjoy a scenic trek through lush rainforest.
Mandara Hut: Arrive at Mandara Hut (2,700m) where you’ll spend the night. This first leg helps with acclimatization and introduces you to the beauty of Kilimanjaro’s diverse ecosystems.
Scenic Trekking: Continue ascending through moorland. The trail offers stunning views of the mountain and the chance to see unique flora and fauna.
