The journey starts with a trek up Mount Meru, offering stunning views and wildlife encounters. After the trek, you’ll engage in cultural activities with local communities, learning about their traditions, crafts, and daily life.
Tanzania Adventures
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha. Transfer to your hotel for rest and a pre-trek briefing. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 2: Drive to Momella Gate and trek to Miriakamba Hut (2,514 meters), passing through lush rainforest and spotting wildlife such as giraffes and buffaloes. Overnight at Miriakamba Hut.
Day 3: Continue the ascent to Saddle Hut (3,570 meters), with an optional acclimatization hike to Little Meru for panoramic views. Overnight at Saddle Hut.
Early Morning: Summit attempt to Socialist Peak (4,566 meters) to witness the sunrise over Kilimanjaro and the surrounding landscapes. Descend back to Miriakamba Hut and then to Momella Gate.
Afternoon: Transfer to a nearby village for a cultural experience. Participate in activities such as a traditional Maasai or Meru community tour, visit local markets, or learn about traditional crafts and dances.
Evening: Return to Arusha for your departure or overnight stay.
